No. TyHealth helps you understand your health and prepare for care; it does not diagnose or treat. Urgent symptoms are escalated to emergency or in-person care rather than answered in chat. Everything it produces is designed to be brought to a clinician.
Uploads to a general assistant live inside one conversation. TyHealth keeps a permanent, organized library: every document is scanned, processed, categorized, and searchable, you choose which ones the assistant may read, replies cite the exact document, and imaging opens in a real DICOM viewer. Your profile and trends persist across every conversation, and the whole picture can be shared with a clinic that can treat you.
No. Personal mode works on its own: the assistant, My Documents, imaging, trends, device sync, visit preparation, and Find Care. If your clinic does run TyHealth, the same account also handles appointments, messages, check-in, telehealth, and billing with that clinic.
Plus raises the assistant allowance to 200 messages a month with no daily cap, adds 5 Deep Analyses a month, and turns on dictation. Everything else — documents, imaging, trends, Find Care, connected-clinic features — stays free. Plus is rolling out with the mobile apps.
You. The assistant reads only the documents you have enabled for it. A clinic sees your personal records only when you explicitly share them, and a staff member reviews what was shared. Conversations are not used to train models, and you can export or delete your account at any time.
