TyHealth, Inc. ("TyHealth") sends SMS text messages on behalf of healthcare practices that use the TyHealth platform. Messages include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, rescheduling and cancellation notices, check-in links, and related account or care notifications.
You will receive messages from this program only if you have provided your mobile phone number and agreed to receive text messages — for example, when booking an appointment, registering with a healthcare practice that uses TyHealth, or confirming your communication preferences with your provider. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with your healthcare practice (for example, you may receive a confirmation when you book and one or more reminders before each visit).
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or contact your healthcare practice, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
